Your house in 3D, with real measurements
We come to your house or apartment, scan it with an iPhone that has LiDAR, take hundreds of photos, and rebuild it as a 3D model you can walk through, measure, and edit.

How we do it
- Visit and scan. We walk every space with the LiDAR sensor to capture walls, doors, windows, and heights.
- Reference photos. We take hundreds of photos from several angles to catch furniture, finishes, and details.
- Modeling and review. With software-assisted modeling we build the model object by object. Each piece is compared against the photos from the same angle, and corrected until it matches.
- Delivery. You get the model to view from above, walk in first person, or review in plan.
The method comes from an open-source project whose demo got within about an inch (around 2.5 cm) of the real measurements.
What it's for
- Home automation. We place every sensor, switch, and relay on the model before installing anything. You know what each sensor covers and where the hub belongs.
- Vacation rentals and sales. A 3D walkthrough shows the space with real proportions.
- Renovations. Architects and contractors work from measurements taken on site.
- Before and after. You keep an exact record of how the house looked before the work.
Where we work
Medellín, Envigado, Sabaneta, Itagüí, Bello, and Rionegro.
Your information stays private
The scan and the photos are yours. We don't publish them or show them as an example without your written permission.
First demo
We're preparing the first full model in a house in Borinquen. We'll publish it on the blog as soon as it's ready.
